Dr. Mohammed Al-Baiz is an attorney, arbitrator, and legal advisor, widely recognized as one of Saudi Arabia’s leading legal professionals. His academic and professional background combines expertise in law, Sharia, and security, giving him a broad perspective and a comprehensive approach to complex legal issues.
Al-Baiz holds a Ph.D. in Financial Securities, a Master of Laws (LL.M.), a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Security Studies, an exceptional combination that brings together legal foundation, Sharia principles, and practical experience in criminal cases.
Dr. Al-Baiz previously served as Director of the Litigation Department within the legal department of The General Directorate of Public Security (GDPS), where he played a key role in developing litigation procedures and institutional mechanisms. His earlier work as a criminal investigation officer provided him with in-depth, hands-on experience in case analysis and evidence evaluation.
He is a Principal Member of the Saudi Bar Association and remains actively engaged in both legal and academic circles through his contributions to complex legal matters, particularly in the fields of administrative and criminal litigation. He is widely respected for his analytical depth, legal reasoning, and ability to interpret complex regulations with both scholarly rigor and practical skill.
