Mohammed Al-Hilal is a licensed attorney, arbitrator, and legal advisor with extensive experience in litigation and representation before all types of courts and judicial committees. He has built a strong track record in commercial, labor, and inheritance cases, earning recognition for his meticulous approach and professional conduct in every case.
Al-Hilal is highly experienced in estate liquidation, having managed liquidation of estates valued in the billions of riyals and involving significant legal and procedural complexity. His experience in resolving inheritance disputes and leading sensitive negotiations has made him a trusted figure in the field.
Al-Hilal is also experienced in commercial arbitration, corporate formation, endowment creation, and the conversion of sole proprietorships into corporate entities. He has provided legal counsel to a wide range of organizations from their inception through to legal establishment and growth.
Al-Hilal is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, contract drafting, and in preparing petitions for cassation and motions for reconsideration.
He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from King Saud University and has previously worked with reputable law firms, where he refined his legal expertise. He has also contributed to drafting regulations and legal instruments for various government entities.
